Ease by Design © is a unique, 4 week online program for the busy business owner who wants to be more present in their life and lead with intention.
Each week there will be a core strategy taught and hands on time during the class to work on your specific needs. Participants also have an opportunity to share and learn from each other.

It is ideally suited for female founders of service-based businesses who want to carve out more balance and ease in their days.
The goal is for you to design your attainable ideal schedule in order to claim your big goals this year and feel a sense of relief.

You will walk away with key strategies that you can continue to build on to achieve ease in your life and business.
The sessions will not be recorded due to the confidentiality of group members. However, Cathy will ensure participants receive the curriculum if a session is missed.

Cathy provides 1:1, online sessions to walk you through your specific business needs and help you design your life & work with ease.
It follows the same principles of the Ease by Design© program, however it is fully customized to your situation with support.
